    1. Thanks Richard

The TIA was on top of being treated for parasomnia. Tough going.

    1. Actually, I thought it was a bit less than last year, but I had all the traders I wanted stuff from there and met a lot of friends, so was happy! Sorry you were less so.

  5. The show does not look busy in your photos, what was footfall like? I think a lot of shows are suffering low attendance now from both traders and the general public. Colours was not great this year and appeared a lot quieter than normal. It’s been pretty poor as a ‘premier’ show over the past few years. SJ

  6. Indeed, it seemed quieter this year, I hope what you are seeing is another temporary blip as I would hate to lose our shows! . Being dependent on public transport, I only get to Border Reiver these days, so do my best trying to keep it popular!

  7. Not sure the lack of traders or punters is a temporary blip. I have been to three shows this year. Overlord in Abingdon was ok ish. Attack in Devizes was terrible yet again, I will not be returning next year. Colours seems to be on a slow but fastening decline for years now. Simon

    1. I wonder if some shows will survive the drop in activity, but maybe losing a few will re-invigorate activity in the remaining ones! I can only hope!

    2. I would doubt it

  8. I was thinking of going to Warfare in Farnborough in November. Looking at the traders list I do not think I will bother. Also the entrance fee is £12.00! So with petrol I am likely to spend £20.00 just to attend minimum. Parking at the show is also a right pain.
